Where are foul water rare fish found in Rivenspire?

Are they found in foul water fishing holes or spread out among the other three types?

I think Surfing is wrong, actually. I just caught the fourth different kind of rare fish in Rivenspire river fishing holes. That suggests that lake and ocean fishing holes will also yield 4 rares so that there are no fish to catch from foul water. This info answers my own question.

The note on the document isn't strictly correct. Two foul water holes can appear in the small sewer section in Shornhelm (accessed through the grate down from the Wayshrine). It is, however, correct that the foul water fish can be caught in the other water types anyway.
