Maybe an attack and defend siege mode where the attackers outnumbered the defenders but defending siege were stronger.
Or how about a straight up capture the flag style mode.
Add in smaller scale pvp like dueling or 4v4 / 5v5.
Variety.
I'd still spend a lot of time in the main AvAvA area... I'd just like something to play when that gets boring.

Basically youre not officially affiliated with any alliance, but you can join any alliance at will (with a lockout period of course, so no fast swapping)
Say today I want to be DC, okay, but now I can only be DC until at least 4 hours pass and I leave cyrodiil for 30 minutes, etc.
