Guild Vendors Question

I'm Daggerfall Covenant, but when im in Ebon Pact zones are the guild vendors there from guilds on my faction or from Ebon Pact? Essentially are all Guild vendors that you can interact with, from your own faction, or are the vendors cross faction?

✭✭✭✭✭The vendors are cross-faction. They appear in all instances of the zone. So a vendor in Stonefalls in EP will be visible to the lvl 5-15 EP players, the V1 AD players (I think!) and the V6 DC players (not sure I got the other factions Silver and Gold order right. My only vet character so far is EP and it goes EP-DC-AD for us.The Moot Councillor0
