@ZOS,

The queue for the ONE (repeat: ONE AND ONLY USED) PvP Campaign (US, Thornblade) is over 100 people EVERY NIGHT. This amounts to SEVERAL HOURS of wait time.

If anything needs a hotfix for ESO, its this.

What are you doing about this critical failure of the game?

    The queue is only that long for AD players on Thornblade. You could always join a different campaign, such as Chillrend. I guarantee if you join that campaign and start taking keeps, you will be rewarded with plenty of PVP gameplay.

    I'm on DC, and my queue is usually around 10 for Thornblade. Also, they introduced another 30 day campaign for a reason.

    Even on the AD I've never experienced a wait time of "several hours". Longest us usually about 40 minutes or so if there's 60+ waiting.

    The issue is that there are 5 campaigns. People don't want to spill off into another campaign because people are spread out over 4 other campaigns.

    If there were 3 campaigns (1 non-vet, 2 regular), you would have one very populated campaign (Thorn) and one semi-populated regular campaign instead of 3 other dead campaigns. Thorn would remain the campaign with super large zergs. The second regular campaign would probably have 2-3 pop bars per faction. There would be a nice mix of medium and small combat.

    I don't understand why ZOS does not do this. It fixes both the population issues AND the buff campaign issues.

    If 100 of those people went to another campaign, both of these issues would be reduced.

    If you are AD like the OP, capture some keeps on Chillrend. The PVP should magically appear shortly thereafter.

    you have a new 30 day campaign.

    there is no longer an excuse to complain about queue times. I don't care what faction you are.

    Azuras star needs some guilds, get some guilds to go there.

    or hedarus. I heard its starting to finally see some action. give it a shot.

    Ya because if everyone stuck/complaining about being in a queue and complaining about lag moved to the other 30 day...they wouldnt bother to pvp...

    Ok, stop me if you've heard this one before --

    Until you reroll into another faction (EP or DC), then you can suffer.

    Stop your ridiculous faction stacking and maybe you'll get to pvp in a timely fashion!

    It's good for you, and it's good for the health of the game!

    Hmm I don't think I've seen this problem, longest queue I have ever seen is 68 I think.

    I'm EP and home on Thornblade and usually get into play on Cyrodiil at prime time within a few minutes.

    Pretty much. If a group of 50 or so AD players decided to show up in Chillrend, things would get lively in a second.

    I've decided to leave Thornblade, as it's impossible to play on that server, and went to Azura's Star, but there's no one there. Not one reply in zone chat. I don't mind switching to a different server, nor do I mind a less active server, but I don't want to be the only person there. I just don't know where else to go. Is Chillrend better?

    What do you expect from ZOS? Seriously what suggestion do you have to fix how AD is so over-populated that to make it fair, the other factions only have to wait seconds to get in and you in upwards of an hour?

    Why no love for Azura's star or Haderus?

    Haderus has been busy in recent times and not the normal AD buff server it 'should' be (see what I did there :p ) and Azura's star is full of great PvP. There be some good players on Azura. Great place to test your mettle.
    Been here since Feb 2014 - You'd think I'd be half reasonable at this game by now...

    Yes, there should absolutely be a one way faction transfer ability from AD to DC/EP.

    Unfortunately "should" and "reality" are two separate beasts at the moment.

    Only the playerbase can fix this atm. For the health of the game, AD guilds are desperately needed to reroll.

    Is crazy how many more players are playing on AD. I'm DC and the longest my queue has ever been was around 30.

    The solution for you is to join another campaign.

    The only way to hotfix this is to include paid character transfers.

    I used to PvP on AD side, but got tired of the queue, so created an EP pvp alt, which now my PvP main. So much fun! More people need to do this!

    I fled to Azura Star to avoid the lag and the crashing. Guess what, it made no difference what so ever. Had the same frozen screens, weapons not swapping and multiple crashes.

    It seems my bad performance cant be avoided, regardless of campaign or population. It's pretty frustrating. But you're totally right about the queue times of course. That's not even a problem, it's players actively deciding to queue for a campaign with locked bars.

    Just reroll. If you're a true pvp fan. Convince your friends to reroll with you for the health of pvp in this game.

    The longest queue I had yesterday was 11. I tried to run to a crafting station, but the queue popped before I was halfway there.
    Characters: Hovaling/Lfehova/Hova-kun/Hovalicious
    Class: DK/DK/Sorc/Templar
    Guild: No Mercy
    Alliance: Daggerfall

    Characters after rename: BROVALING/Baka-kun/Brovalicious (Lfehova is now a retired DK and spends his days crafting)
