Weapon Damage vs. Spell Damage for Class abilities?

Is there any comprehensive resource that clarifies which class abilities benefit from the weapon damage bonuses (e.g., Hundings Rage or Warrior Mundus) and which benefit from bonuses to spell damage.
I know that all the class abilities are spells for resources, but as I understand it, some receive the damage bonus from weapons and some from spells.

-None of them.
Critical rating is a different mater though.
The rule of thumb - "If it looks like a melee attack that class skill uses weapon crit otherwise it uses spell crit."
