a couple threads about this by other posters, but i've yet to see/get an answer that works for me....so here's what i know/have...

launcher takes 5 mins to show anything but pictures. it shows the news feeds and links after about 7-10 mins, and the repair button shows up 7-10 mins after that. if i hit repair, i get the 210 Cannot Download Patch Manifest Error. Every 5-10 mins it tries again if I leave it and errors out. i have tried both running it normal and as administrator.

the link to the manual patch "cannot be found" in web browser. deleting date files, version files, etc does nothing except make the above times to load the launcher double or triple. i did NOT update the game on 10/7 so i can NOT manually launch the game.


here's the report errors from the Game Consultant if this means something to someone (it looks like something on zos's end based on this report--despite them saying it's not--and the fact every other website and game i try to connect to is currently available to me does not help them convince me my pc is not connecting to things in general...):

there about 2-3 dozen of each of these errors repeatedly written at the end of the report.
