Stealth question

So i do know that NB has a lot of stealth problems but i don't have a NB infact my 2nd main is a templar full stamina DW and Bow (don't ask) and as a opening skill usually i use focused aim so the point is when i use the opening skill or i want to spam it i cannot go in stealth again for like 2-3 minutes.... this happen random infact some times i do go in stealth after.
since this is the main source of damage for me and to use it i need to be hidden is a problem....
anyone else got this?

Just to clarify, is the enemy dead or did you hit the enemy and then they start attacking you and you are trying to stealth again?

Yep P1.4 broke stealth even more than it already was. I would say since the launch of P1.4 I'm now stuck in combat unable to stealth about 50% more than before the patch. I don't particularly care to create threads about it tho because zos has shown little interest in fixing problems related to pvp. I just play a few days a week until I start to get pissed off at the broken mechanics then I take a break for a few days and come back at least until I can find something else that will pass the time. Zos developers flat out suck and are probably the worst in the industry.

It is still a little broken, and it's a real pain in the behind. Until Zos fixes it, my suggestion is to walk in a straight line away from whomever saw you, and wait it out. I would suggest logging out to fix the combat glitch, but you can't log out while in combat. You can't do anything while stuck in combat except wait.

Yeah i've tought so, but guess if i hit an enemy i came out of sthealt (ok) but since i'm a vamp and full medium tecnically i can go in sthealth immediatly after, if i'm out of the detection radius. But imo the sistem how i'm begin detected is broken... i will suffer of broken stealth till the enemy i hit dies (and if is a good player it takes several minutes before he dies) that is NOT how it is supposed to work, even in pve if i hit an enemy with focused aim now at lv 45 i crit 1.4k (at the right distance and on the back) and that is enought to kill most of the enemies, but even if i remain in stealth (if you overkill you remain in stealth) the other mobs of the group know where i am.... ok..... but what's the point to create a stealth focused character if i can do only 1 attak

My opinion is that they do have found a solution (if you remember the video of the justice sistem the stealth worked totally different from now) but tis solution is a total revamp that ZOS will push only with the justice sistem.
So "Soon tm" or "In a while tm" or "Later tm"

I just assumed that the sniper ability was so that you could use the ability and not have to worry about the person going behind an object/ out of distance - not being able to shoot and everyone seeing you. It will only unstealth you if it makes contact.

So being able to die from a person you never see and have no chance to defend against is some how fair?

If you shoot someone they can see you, I think thats working as intended. Obviously if you run like the coward you are and hide beneath the rock you came out from you will enter back into stealth again.
If however you are standing out in the open, expecting to become invisible whilst in plain view, expect someone to come kick your ganking botty

Obviusly try to hide behind a rock if you are a glass cannon is be a coward but run into a zegball spamming only impulse+talons+batswarm is a tactict.........
People play different roles and stiles but zergball work stealth no so.....

Actually you will find standing to the side of a Zergball shooting arrows, is in fact the best form of attack!!!

Zergs actually rely on you being in a group as well, being spread out is the best counter

This^^^ is the point as a bosmer if i'm hidden i do a lot more damage it is like from 400 to 1.2k it is tree times more i'm not a ganker i find it boring normally i will stay on the borders of the battlefield but i can only attak hard 1time.... and then i've to wait 4minutes (cuz of broken stealth) to hit hard again.
clearly i don't have only 1 ability but none of the oters (except for blazing shield....*roll eyes*) hit so hard.
