[EU?] Looking for a home

I'm giving this futile (so far) search one final try before I say adios to ESO.
My weekday discretionary time ranges between:
15 -> 19 GMT
12 -> 15 EST
while the weekends are more flexible.
(my time zone is GMT+3)
I am looking for a guild that:
- has a mature player base (small or big makes no difference)
- can run events (trials/dungeon/crag quests) around this time frame

Hi there!
I own a newly started Aldmeri Dominion (EU) Guild and i am on the lookout for new members. The Guild is called Trymes Companions and we do PvP, Trials, Dungeons, Areana and some Events sutch as collecting runs, Training day, sale Days. I would like to have some rp in the Guild as well to light the Guild up. It is perfekt for new rpingp. Why? becuse there is people who dont roleplay and players that do so it is easy to swap your mood
We use Teamspeak 3 when we play so we can get the team coordinated and makes it easyer to descover new friends. Teamspeak 3 is free to download and easy to use.
WE seek Active social players that loves a challange and wants to become better at this game. This is a hardcore Guild and we strive for the top both in rank and mood. If you are intressted then just reply

Westnovote✭✭@same_old_roger The Elders have a couple of eastern European players, and lots of central European players. Our normal raid time is 8pm UK, but we run one weekly trial at an earlier time, specifically for our central and eastern European players. We have people playing throughout the day though, so there will always be someone around to group with.
We're my no means hardcore, so we won't get cross with you no matter how many mistakes you make.
You didn't specify your Alliance though. We're Daggerfall Covenant.
