Grand Healing, out of the circle.

Someone said that Grand Healing continues to tick even if your ally has moved out of the Grand Healing circle.. so basically it is an area wide dot that gets applied to anyone in range, and the dot continues to tick when people move out of range.

Is this true? Cuz that would mean this skill is a lot better than it seems on paper.

    I have noticed my combat cloud reporting extended ritual healing as grand healing. Maybe this sort of an error explains the rumor?
