Items from Hirelings doesn't stack after x days

After 5 days not playing ESO I've noticed that when I have the Hireling skills(Enchanting, Woodcrafting, ...) that these quantity of items is not stacked.

Explanation of these skills are that it will deliver items every day, but after 5 days this should be a lot.. which isn't the case.

No they dont. You need to log in everyday, get the email and delete it. And I think its better that wat than loging in after 5 days and having 50 with mats. Email inbox also have a limit. Cant remember how much.

It's not better. Especially not with the third hireling tier when you have to log in every 12 hours or you might as well not spend that skill point at all.

There's a limit on how many are displayed in the UI. When you reach that limit, more mails are "queued", and if you delete some, queued mails arrive immediately (even if they're 14 days old). The hard limit after which no more mails are queued is 255 mails.

I never had more then 4 mails.
Even if you don't log in this should be stacked with the existing mail regarding which skill that you didn't even read, because you were not logged on..

If this skill/mail would not stack its items the explanation(for hireling skills) is wrong. It should not state 'every day'

Counters(timers) for Researching skills are also going when you are logged off for a few days.

Ah, I didn't know that, mainly because I delete if I hit the 30 mail limit, thanks for the info.

It's intentionally designed that way. They want people to "have" to log in each day or twice a day. Players who. Log in are more likely to play (even for five minutes). People who play are people who subscribe. Simple business. It's not going to change.

It's not wrong, the fine print has just been omitted.

And yet, they don't reset and start more research on their own.

Picture it like the hireling has to receive confirmation of delivery - if you don't confirm delivery, you may be dead. If you're dead the hireling can't be paid and isn't going to waste his or her time and effort procuring items for a corpse when he or she should be looking for a new job.
