Some things need to be changed, in my opinion

1. Since there're a lot of troll camps, making a new version of forward camp which is available for group members only could be a solution. Group forward camps don't have radius, and only one group camp is allowed for each group. If someone placed a group camp and he get kicked from the group, the camp disappear immediately.
2. Different shield effects that absorb damage should not be stackable.
3. When an Ultimate ability is actived, during the period no Ultimate points could be gained. And Ultimate abilities can be cancelled at any time after cast.
4. Dragonknight's Reflective Scale should work in a different way. Currently it makes range attack impossible to deal any damage to a Dragonknight, and the more melee enemis around him the higher chance he's going to win. Maybe no cost on activation but drains magicka base on reflected damage?
5. Blocking should be directional, and players should not be able to block while casting.
6. Trebuchets should deal higher damage over time to walls than ballistas.
7. Block mitigation and cost with different weapon types should be different.
8. I want to see some blood in the game.

    What I can say? Pretty interesting thoughts. Can't agree with 3.
    About blocking - ZOS said they working on it.
    Blocking is the most important and/or significant action that players can take in-combat, but currently the prioritization system and the way that blocking interacts with ability usage is something that ZeniMax are looking into improving soon.

    In general pretty interesting and may balance game a little.
    Make sweetrolls, not nerfs!

    The current version of Reflective Scales does exactly that. It DOES have a Magicka cost (and a rather high one at that) Plus it also drains Magicka substantially, based, I believe, on reflected Damage..
    If your not a Light Armour build a single Reflective Scale can drain your entire Magicka pool. Especially in a zerg.
