Tired of playing a single player game!!

I've soloed a character on Ebonheart to VR2, and a character on Daggerfall to VR9. Throughout this time I've only ever been in trade guilds. This game feels like I'm paying for TES VI with a monthly sub just to see other people run around on my screen.
I would love to find a guild that is active in PVE, VR Dungeon runs, Crafters, and social individuals that DON'T want to solo all day everyday.
I have a feeling this will be difficult to find in this community, but I thought i'd throw a line out just in case. If not, my sub will be ending in November, and I'll never experience anything in this game past VR9
