Wandering Argonian Looking For Guilds (EP/NA)

After finally getting some more free time as of late, I'm getting back into ESO, and I need a few guilds to call home as my current ones seem dead or close to dead.

There's three things that are a must if I'm to join your guild:
- Active and chatty. I've spent a lot of time in ESO wandering alone or with random strangers I come across for world bosses and dungeons. I want to know some people in ESO.
- Mature. Especially if I'm on teamspeak I can get quite wordy during PvP or tough areas. Outside of that, I'll usually by chatting in general discussion or such. I don't really consider myself rowdy or immature in chat. I try to be polite and good-humored.
- Tight-knit. Being part of huge guilds doesn't make me feel like part of the group. Generally I like my guild homes to be around 50-100ish in members so I can at least have a sense of identity within the guild.

I mentioned that I'm looking for a few guilds. Specifically, I'm looking for a PvE, PvP and a trading one. Doesn't matter to me if your guild focuses solely on one aspect or multiple. Whether or not your guild has a site doesn't matter to me as well.

Now, here's what I can offer in return.

Crafting:
- I can craft any racial style for others minus daedric and imperial.
- I can craft any level of weapon and heavy armor. Currently researching various traits. I estimate I'm roughly 50-65% through all blacksmithing research.
- I'm roughly the same with woodworking as I am with blacksmithing.

Combat:
- As of this post my main character is a V4 Argonian Templar. I can be Tank, Healer and/or DPS, however DPS is not my strongest position. I can also be either ranged or melee, depending on the situation. (note: I don't use a healing staff)
- My other two characters are currently non-combat only as I use them for extra crafting and bank space.

Dungeons/Quests:
- I prefer to take my time with quests and listen to everything that NPCs say, however I'll also go with the group flow and won't be the group snail.
- I have a couple Addons that show me where Skyshards and Lorebooks are, so I'll always go after those and show the group where they are if they haven't already gotten them.

PvP:
- I haven't played PvP that much as I want to get to V12 before entering the fray. When I do PvP I'll stick with the group and pretty much take orders. If I'm not actually PvPing in Cyrodil I'll be questing and collecting Skyshards and Lorebooks.

Bank/Trading:
- When I'm dumping stuff into the guild bank/store, I'll usually only reserve special gear, uncommon motifs or recipes for selling. Materials, traits, common motifs, etc. I'll put into the bank.
- If someone in the guild needs a certain trait researched for woodworking, blacksmithing or clothing, I'll see if I can craft it for them free of charge. Though they may need to provide the actual stone for me to put the trait on, as I only keep certain ones in my bank.
- I'm currently trying to get my provisioning skill up there, but due to my rank it is difficult to get the ingredients I need. You'll find me yoinking some ingredients from the bank from time to time, as well as the occasional weapon or armor for trait research. (I craft all my equipment)

Other:
- While ESO is my first MMO, it isn't my first online game with guilds. I have about 2 years of leadership experience with guilds (or legions, as they were called in the game I played). I can chime in on certain subjects if asked. I also won't be found begging for a promotion (I hate seeing that).
- My available time with ESO is going to be inconsistent as I'm in college and my assignments vary in size, scope and detail. I will let the guildmaster or officers know if I'm going to be away for extended periods of time (2+ weeks). I try to be on at least every day or every other day.
- I'll participate in most events unless they interfere with college or travel plans. If I have to back out from an event I said I'd be part of, it'll be because of those reasons, or something very unexpected, and I will let the event hosts know.
- My long term goals for ESO are to have eight fully developed characters that allow me to reach all three alliances, all crafting areas, vampirism, lycanthropy, and all combat styles.

Sorry for the long read, but I felt I had to be specific as it can be difficult for me to settle into new environments. Feel free to message me here or in-game ( @Xzien ).
