✭✭✭Concealed Weapon stealth speed bonus works for me. Night's Silence + Concealed Weapon = 125% movement speed.
Concealed Weapon no longer breaks when using Shadow Cloak while sneaking, a significant improvement from before.
Concealed Weapon still breaks on weapon swap, only issue on my side of things.

✭✭✭Fresh results from just now using RavSpeed addon (available here: http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info423-ravSpeed.html) :
Sneak speed: 60% of regular running speed.
Night's Silence equipped: 100% of regular running speed.
Night's Silence equipped with Concealed Weapon Slotted: 125% of regular running speed.
Concealed Weapon slotted alone: 75% of regular running speed (an increase of 25% of the base Sneak speed)
Only issue on my end is if weapons are swapped when Sneaking.
Swap weapons, bonus is lost, swap back and bonus does not reapply unless Sneak is left and entered into again.

Personally glad this bonus is working better than it was before; prior to 1.4.4, the bonus was breaking when casting Shadow Cloak while sneaking.
One bug down, one to go.

GrimMauKin✭✭✭✭Well I'm still not getting my 25% stealth speed increase with Concealed Weapon; since this issue is supposedly resolved, the chances are I may never get it back.
