Sweet FX - 32 bit / 64bit

Hello, I've recently learned about something called Sweet FX, in short its purpose is to make games look more beautiful and realistic by adding different shaders, extra contrast and brightness options and different stuff like that. All this for a very minimal FPS cost.

Read more here (and make sure to check out the screenshots): http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/sweetfx-shader-suite-download.html

Anyway, if you read the link you'll discover that unfortunately SweetFX only currently works on 32-bit games, 64-bit is supposedly coming soon. Soon just isn't soon enough though.

I'm assuming that by running 64-bit windows that makes all my games 64-bit too in order to be compatible. It does mention that sometimes there is a choice though. My question is: Can I change what I assume is 64-bit TESO to 32-bit? How do I even check for definite what version my games are?

Thank you and apologies for what I guess for many are simple easy answers.

ESO is 32-bit so that shouldn't be a problem.

You can run 32-bit applications on a 64-bit OS just fine ...

I run it and it works fine. I however stopped running it through Radeon Pro as that did give me problems.

Just because the OS is 64 bit, does not mean the programs are 64 Bit. A 64 bit OS can load and run 32 Bit, 16 Bit and 8 Bit programs. Probably 4 Bit programs too, but those are machine language and really boring to run, unless your making control apps for unsophisticated devices.

Doubtful there are that many actual 64 Bit apps out there, other than maybe special purpose apps like photo or video editing apps.

ESO is a 32 Bit game and that will not change.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I see. I had some trouble getting it to work even after following the tutorial and a video, perhaps the issue is not what I thought then, thanks very much everyone for the quick replies.

Aside from CS 5 I don't think I run any 64 bit programs.
