Where are the foul water fishing holes in Cyrodiil?

Haven't found any yet. Have all the other rare fish. Could foul water be around the central island?

    There are a fair number of foul water fishing holes on the northwest side of Lake Rumare.

    Yes, foul water are around Lake Rummare. I also found a couple spots in a little pond south of south inlet.
