Mage Guild Passives weak?

I have been playing since early access and have noticed that the Mage Guild is truely lacking when it comes to the passive skills. I think on all my characters I have taken just the first passive Persuasive Will. Maybe I just have not thought of the possibilities that are present with these passives and someone might be able to give me some examples of what they use and how it works, or if they are as bad as they seem maybe this could be a message to Zenimax that they need to be redesigned. If these passives chould be changed to be something that would help with magicka management ,since every class uses magicka for their class abilities, it could be affective.

    I feel they're all alright except for Everlasting Magic. It only affects Entropy and Fire Rune (possibly Ice Comet as well, but everyone goes for Shooting Star anyway), and in both cases the effect is minimal.

    Agree with the above post. They're no stronger and no weaker than they should be.
