Very good pc with 1k Internet speed and still crashing and laging. And not running anything else but the game changed to high priority so yeah... Many kids here dont know what they are talking bout.

I live in Romania, nr5 in the world with the Internet speed and still laging and game freeze in pvp.

I always recommend using graphics and other drivers that are a year or more old, as they're the ones likely to have been used when the game was developed. People with the latest drivers, especially beta ones, might want to try reverting to much older ones if they are having trouble with the game. I haven't upgraded my Nvidia drivers in a couple of years, and every game I have runs flawlessly, including TESO - I work on the principle "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".

The game itself runs perfectly fine on my PC, even with the aforementioned 300 background processes running. I say perfectly fine, but that is only when it is not faced with the abysmal core utilization that this game presents. If the servers are up to the task, FPS in Cyrodiil is the problem, but it is usually ~30 in large sieges. Very few times has it gone lower, but it hurts when it does. Then there are the times when the servers are being stupid (too often) and the game becomes unplayable.

Yeah i used to be you before the last major patch.

The seemingly sloppy way this game is coded has been a major pain in my neck since this game launched. You constantly here people unable to play due to performance issues introduced in patches, despite having solid systems. One of my friends was out of commission for three weeks following a patch. It sucks.

700 ms latency?! Some EU folks were raving at the 140-160 ms latency it took them to reach the EU server back when it was still in Dallas, TX.

I hope they meant 70 MS latency. 230 MS is about what you get from Satellite, and that is about as bad as it gets for end user Internet.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
