Fixed an issue where the Elite gear vendors in Cyrodiil were not selling VR13 gear, VR14 bows, or the Covenant’s Ice Staff.
There is no V13 anything on any pvp merchant. There are still no mystery bags for higher than V12. This is on EP.

✭✭✭✭✭Are you sure your looking at the Elite Gear Vendors and just not some run of the mill shlub vendors? Unless they are calling all Vendors in Cyrodill elite or something.
It they are not calling all vendors in Cyrodill Elite, then that begs the question, just where are the Elite Vendors? On a Pedestal of Commerce somewhere?Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

The patch note says V13 gear. I took that to mean...V13 gear, which doesn't exist in any form on any pvp vendor in EP. V14 gear is and has been on the elite gear vendor for a while.0
