How can Players from different Factions meet?

I have little knowledge of the new areas being added to the game. Besides Cyrodiil, is there any place that guild members from different factions can meet and collaborate?

GFBStarWars✭✭✭You can't meet with other alliance player outside of cyrodiil.
You can mail them and chat with them but not run a dungeon together or actually playing in the same area/instance.7

Mountain_Dewed✭✭✭I have run into the enemy in a Cyro dungeon quite a few times and 3 times or so we chose not to fight and go on our way. once was a group of 3 and one of the dudes saw me and just kept moving, another was a female and we fought the boss together, kinda gotta be careful not to have friendly fire.
So, Cyro is a place you can meet up...0 -

So, Cyro is a place you can meet up...
I also meet people in the Cyro dungeons. I usually help the boss to kill the other player though.٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶

if I see an enemy player in Cyro even if I'm only pve'ing there, hes still gonna die

✭✭✭As far as I know, it's still just Cyrodiil.
It's a challenge to get everyone in a multi-faction guild together without it turning into a giant guild pvp event.
