Armor infusing (transmogrification)

So, I believe it was confirmed that some of the Undaunted gear is coming in Update 5. So, I was thinking, these sets are supposed to look super awesome and are supposed to be stuff of legends basically, but I see one major problem, they might not be the best compared to other sets and pieces of gear. So, I would like to see a form of transmogging gear in ESO, but if ZOS just called it Transmogrification, they might get in trouble:P

So, here is my work around idea. The Mages Guild has discovered a method of fusing two pieces of gear together into one, with one gear gaining the look of the other while maintaining its magical properties.

So here is how it would work basically:

Go to the Mages Guild island

Find the Armor Fusing table/NPC

Place two items of the same type into two separate boxes, one for copying the appearance and the other one for the item that is having its appearance changed.

Pay with some sort of material or gold, and the appearance of one one of the helmets will be transferred to the other one.

Thoughts?

You know what really grinds my gear? Grinding for gear. I'm sticking with crafted sets and if you want to wear the stuff of legends, then don't insult their legacy. Show it off. Transmogrification doesn't belong in ESO.

    P.S.
Transmogrification is a real word so they should be able to use it as much as any other word, such as "crafting" or "class."

It's been done and I have no problem with it. Allows you to change your appearance without changing gear so yeah it's cool. What I'd really like to see is being able to repair my gear at crafting tables instead of needing repair kits that I can't find because I can't remember that one ******* NPC that sells them. I just wanna go to a station and repair without costing me gold but just costing me materials.

NPC's use transmogrification to transform my armor (and appearance) all the time during quests! It should be added for player use. I fully support a gear appearance changer system at Eyevea. Would give more use to that island and add an essential system.

I'd rather just be able to transmogrify my epulets, ***, and tassets into 'invisible' on an optional per character basis.

    Edited to add:
Who knew 'M*dflaps' was an illegal word?

    2nd edit:
After the above edit - the *** turned back into '***'.
    This forum is a joke.

The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.

Why? I would love to hear an argument against this.

I agree. I can already foresee the terrible bonuses you will get for using the undaunted sets.
