Where is the werewolf ritual shrine in Reaper's March?

Can anyone show me tell/show me where it's located? I do a Google search and I find a bunch of guides that mention it but not a single one provides any information at all about where it's actually located.

Hi, I had the same problem. I've made this handy map, maybe Google will find it for people looking for the eso Reaper's March vampire and werewolf shrine locations in the future.

Easy way to remember them:

Werewolf Shrine is west of Fort Sphinxmoth, which that guy in Rawl'kha Tavern won't shut up about.
Vampire Shrine is right next to the World Boss area which is west of the Werewolf Shrine.
