- Recruitment focused on Adult Gamers over 21
- Mandatory Voice Chat for Dungeons, PvP, or other community events
- "Veteran Guild Leader" with 5+ years managerial experience
- Helpful Officers who help the leader "share the load"
- Culture should be focused on teamwork, goals, and casual attitudes
- Zero tolerance for ass hats or other players who love drama
