What ONE thing do you wish you could add

As the name states what one thing do you wish you can add that isn't a god item or full blow cheat.
Me well i was riding my horse in a group and passing up some group mates cause they don't have a horse. So a idea pop in my head why not offer them to ride your horse with you and not only that they can also attack enemies if they have there own bow and can only use light/heavy bow attacks.
Any one else have any ideas they wish they could add that would actually build a more team work style of play or just add a few laughs.

IM tempted to say spellcrafting but i want, i mean really really want is smaller scale pvp, not arena id be happy with 15v15 capture flag/bases, it never gets old its a different game every time, and think of all the different settings in cyrodiill, dream on eh, maybe one day.5

After hearing some the ideas here though it makes me very happy Zos is making the decisions. Otherwise we would have a nude altmer, riding unicorns, killing cats w/ hand to hand combat.

I'm not sure its ironic. I just ignore all the spammers so that I can chat with people. Its hard to carry on a conversation when huge blocks of script pop up every two seconds. It doesn't bother me, just makes it easier to participate with the community.

No more fragmenting the economy within guilds (bad idea). Rather break the economy up into three shards (each alliance). Thusly, there is an alliance wide auction house.
Then, allow players to travel to other factions to trade. Design mechanisms so that players are flagged for pvp combat when they enter an opposing faction territory. If you are killed in enemy territory you inventory is lootable.
However, maybe add skill lines and items that can help disguise your character in enemy territory. Also add items and skill lines that could help detect hidden enemy players.
Basically, take a page from EvE Online To make ESO look and feel like a PC MMO check out the following:

Dont Shoot✭✭1 or 2 more ability slots on the action bar. I get it that they want that sweet plum of consul gaming. Problem is it's totally thinned out the game play a lot by trying to make Consul users = with their superior pc brothers. Everything in the game has to be compatible with people that only have 5-6 keys to press and that's a weakness that's going to become more and more apparent when new stuff is added to the game. I am new to the game and I have like 9 action bars setup and it gets frustrating sometimes.
They are being greedy, let ppl swap bars in combat or give us a button or two. let the consul users deal with their poor MMO-life choices

Maybe some game modes in it as well.
Ranked Matches and unranked matches. In ranked you get 1 min of getting ready and it goes on leaderboards. Unranked you get 15 seconds and it doesn't go on leaderboards.
