Abilitiy dmg
ive noticed this with all my abilities.
for example, venom arrow
says it does 275 dmg
but when it hits some times (alot) it only hits for slightly less say 245
what would make this happen, isnt it suppose to alway hit for at-least the dmg it states ?

PharmaChief✭✭✭Your opponents have armor and resistances. Those will cut down on the damage your skills inflict. The number in the skill description is max non critical damage, not what you will always do0
