Why am I getting charged during cloak?

✭✭I'm not sure if this is related:
None of my 'toons are vamps, or superpowered. They're all just sorcs, or NBs, or Temps.
I've noticed lately while standing still to rest (regain stamina) after having been cloaked/sneaking down to 25%-50% stamina, that going to 'map' to check position while 'regenerating stamina' will cause my stamina to continue to drop.
It will specifically do it it I hit 'map' before I come to a complete halt, but sometimes it happens though I stop sneaking first.
I don't know if this is new, or maybe I just never noticed it before.The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.0
