Drazhar14✭✭✭✭✭One of my favorites is when you are fighting an enemy, and they decide to stop combat and reset all their health whenever they want. I wish I had that ability also.
But seriously, there are many things in ESO that are actually awesome. It's too bad you are letting the little things ruin the game for you.
However, since Update 4, I have encountered the issue where weapon swap/skills stop working while in Craglorn, and it sucks... And getting stuck in combat has always been around
