Would this be possible?
I don't want to buy a new mount and level it up again. I already have three as it is (currently working on 4th) and 30 days is a long time to level up a mount.
I would just like to be able to switch mounts around on my characters in the same faction.

Horses are a good gold sink so I really doubt that ZOS would even consider such a move.
