Some characters still fast while stealth mode post 1.4.4.

I understand my NB vampire character was hit by the giant ZOS nerf bat. Weather I agree with that decision is not the reason for this post, my question is I have been playing 1.4.4 now for two days and I see many mortals characters faster than I running around in stealth mod. Does anybody know what the mix is to be fast again? Currently I am NB + Stealth + Nightstalker + Concealed Weapon + Night Silence, I am very aware that this combination does not work post 1.4.3 but for the time being still have Concealed Weapon docked and like my Night Silence armor. Again I see non-red eyed characters running in stealth close to the same speed I use to pre 1.4.3. Does anybody know how they are doing that?

This is my first MMO. Is that even possible on a modern MMO? I thought backend servers checked for that kind of thing.

These, as well as Refreshing Path.

Now that Night's Silence no longer stacks with Vampire, the effect is always active while Sneaking; no waiting on the eye to close required.

As such, it is entirely plausible to Sneak around on Path of Darkness for a 50% move speed increase.

Please excuse my ignorance what is “Speed pots”?

To be clear these faster player characters are crouched running in town not in combat or anything else.

there are potions that increase your speed for 10 seconds. You can stack that with invis and stamina gain and a bunch of other stuff also, if you want.
Dear Sister, I do not spread rumors, I create them.

Thank you for explanation. That is most likely the reason makes the most sense.

lol! In my real world a "Speed Pot" is a three terminal variable resistor aka potentiometer.
