When choosing a morph I see xp bars of skills fluctuate.

I noticed today that when I morph a skill the xp bars of the other skills in that category jump around all over the place. Some rise, some fall. I've seen it happen twice that I noticed so far. Anyone else?

Now, the question is, are we getting an increase in the skill because we took a morph, or is this just the skill bars acting out their happiness because one of their own got a promotion?Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
