Will we be able to Spellcraft Class Skills?

I just had a thought as I was thinking about how I would love Bat Swarm on my Templar character, but I just hate the notion of a Templar Vampire. It just feels sick and wrong. Then it occurred to me, will we be able to create/spellcraft morphs of our class skills? If so, I'd love to make a sunfire pbaoe ultimate that more or less does what Bat Swarm does, which is to say it would follow the player around burning things up with aedric fire. One of the reasons Bat Swarm is so great, is that it trails the player, meaning you can Bolt Escape or Focused Charge or Critical Charge or Teleport Strike your way to an enemy and keep that ultimate in their face. Has anyone seen or read that this might be a possibility, because from a theme standpoint I would love it. I hate feeling like I must use Bat Swarm to really be competitive.

I'm not suggesting more bat swarms, but simply PBAOE. The reason that power has such an advantage and is so well received is the fact that its a pbaoe. I do know they intended to have a Flame Cloak spell.

If you watched the presentation, you would know that every single spells will have an option to include AoE effect

I'm just curious if the spells in spellcrafting will include the ones from our own list that we know currently. The sunfire pbaoe ultimate was just an idea. I could think of many others that would be fun, based off of our class abilities.

I understand where your coming from! I also would like to know if we will be able to craft spells, for our characters, that are improvements onto the ones we now have or totally new spells taken from different skills lines...even those not our own.

I just hope they include Mysticism or spells that came from that school, this http://uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Reflect_Spell in particular.

The only thing NB needs to be awesome is a spell that insta heals 30% of the your missing health and a teleport forward spell that damages stuns and takes people out of stealth.A damage shield that blows up for huge damage and sends projectiles back to your enemy wouldn't be bad either.
