Oblivion's Edge Set 5 piece bonus not working

Oblivion's Edge Set five piece bonus that is supposed to heal you and fill an empty soulgem does not work. It heals you but the soulgems stay empty despite killing an enemy of appropriate level. Can this please be looked into and fixed? I've gathered five pieces thinking how useful it would be but could not fill a single soul gem. I tried with different types of soul gems and different level enemies and it simply does not work.

✭Unequip every piece of the armor set and re-equip it, and then test if it works. This seems to fix at least some other matched sets, as a temporary workaround.0
