Holy crap. Does that mean it's time to break out the daggers on my nb instead of dual resto staffs?

Just keep in mind what Mother always says:

"Do not run with twin daggers in your feline's paws"

Nah, it only means that the gap between magica and stamina builds just closed a little bit more. Parity is still a bit away.

This does nothing for a 1h and shield Templar that uses mainly class abilities and weapons as a backup while mana regenerates. But still a dang good start.

"Fully charged" ... does that mean this is also a way to counter the use of animation cancelling for heavy attacks?

Nothing major on its own, but it's a step in the right direction, which is pretty major.

You can still cancel to a skill at the peak of the charge and cancel the rest of the animation. If you're too early you don't get the stamina, though.

It should be interesting to do some theory crafting to see if the set bonuses and extra weapon enchants available by running dual daggers (perhaps stygian or torugs for spell damage) make daggers a better option now for burst damage.
