The problem happens when swapping weapons. With dual resto staff equipped, swapping weapons will screw up the animations for between 3 and 10 seconds, at which point they usually snap back to being correct.

May be related to this:

Something about the way they coded these fixes seems to have used a "workaround" related to weapon swapping that doesn't seem to be working.

Seems funny to me that they use different animations for the staff weapons.

P.S. - works fine in first person.
