To Walk on Far Shores -- bugged?

I've run the ending sequence of this quest twice and same problem occurs. When fighting Septima, she ports about while sending in dead minions to attack. If she is atop one of the columns when i kill all the dead, sequence sticks ... she doesn't jump down or engage or send anymore adds. I am unable to reach her with ranged weapons. Cannot progress. This occurred twice. Any suggestions?

This whole battle sequence in hinky, I think I had to abandon and retake twice over a similar bug, then got the one you're referring to two more times before I was finally able to run through and finish battle.

When she got stuck between undead waves I think I was able to just log off and back on to her back in the ring though.

I don't think there's much you can do about this one other than hope for the best.
