More disguises, including NPC like clothing - chef's outfits, some nice dresses, workwear.
Provisioning changes including the ability to cook fish and maybe pick some ingredients like you do with flowers
Other changes to fishing to make it more enjoyable and profitable - better random loot sacks or something
Some festivals, games and events
Some small repeatable quests - maybe have some new roadside inns as hubs for these quests
