it's back in a big way for me and my circle, 1 in 3 load screens forces me to manually force close the client.
Is this a widespread issue or are we just unlucky?
It's getting seriously annoying, making my newbie foray into Cyrodil a drawn-out nightmare.

Probitas✭✭✭My personal pita is logging in and selecting a character then having the game fail and log me out telling me to log in again in a few minutes. Of course I ignore that crap and log right back in, so I know it's all server side where the error is occurring.0

✭Since Update 4, I've started getting a huge number of infinite loading screens. The OP's 1 in 3 estimate sounds about right for the situation where I've already been playing and return to the select character screen to log back in. For loading screens at wayshrines, it's more like 1 in 5, and most common when switching zones rather than moving around within the same zone.
I use the Mac client.Guildmaster of the UESP Guild on the North American PC/Mac Server 2350+ CP & also found on the European PC/Mac Server 1700+ CP
These characters are on both servers:
Alix de Feu - Breton Templar Healer level 50
Brings-His-Own-Forest - Argonian Warden Healer level 50
Hrodulf Bearpaw - Nord Warden Bear Friend & identical twin of Bjornolfr level 50
Jadisa al-Belkarth - Redguard Arcanist Damage Dealer level 50
NA-only characters:
Martin Draconis - Imperial Sorceror Healer (Aldmeri Dominion) level 50
