Is this event broken? I kill her I get half the sound of completion then it stops and I don't get achievement nor the skull go white?

Surfinginhawaii✭✭✭I've killed at least five bosses and did not receive credit for it. I believe the problem is if you kill the boss too far outside the area were it was found, of course, I could be wrong

Yep. I ran into that a long time ago with a boss. Have to keep em within a specific area of their spawn.
