'Healthy' trait... Really?

How is this still the way it is in the game? It is pretty fundamental in this game that Health as a stat is worth 1.5x as much of the other major stats, and this is balanced with enchants and attribute points.

So why in the hell do jewelry pieces still have imbalanced traits? It is really frustrating having to completely discard some pretty cool jewelry sets due to this trait.

Come on ZoS? 5 months after release and something as basic as this is still in the game?

I do agree about the healthy trait, you're basically loosing a big chunk of stats by equipping it, resulting in loads of useless jewellery. But that's not the only problem with bad or inconsistent itemization in ESO. So much stuff needs to be looked at.

Take all these armour- and weapon sets with junk traits. Most sets in this game can't even be used at level cap, due to terrible trait design. What's the point of that? How did they think?

Or the 8-trait gear set, most of them are useless, rest are average or situational at best. Why did I spend 6 months researching?

    Than there's heavy armour...

Seems like they have some sort of random gear generator, doing all the development for itemization, just spitting stuff out based on some outdated formula. Certainly doesn't feel like there's an actual team of well-informed people behind gear development. If there is, someone should ruthlessly force them to go PvP wearing exploration and sturdy traits.
