There are fights in this game which require a lot of AOE dps in order to kill, sometimes many mobs, and if you dont it gives boss mobs extra strength on there already near one shot mechanics. I assume you do not complete this content and are complaining for the sake of getting blasted down in PVP, and let me tell you this, AOE attacks are so weak in pvp that other than the fact you can use them for "tagging" purposes in most situations its not even worth it to cast them. Single target is always much stronger. "Now AOE is all that ever kills me" you say. And I ask are you dying to AoE exclusively in 1vs1 situations? No you say? Ahh then it is probably to what is referred to as bomb group zergs. And if you think that when 3,4-10 people are in AoE range and all spamming skills that you should reasonably have a chance to survive such an attack then I suggest you reaccess your build, stack nothing but impen and elemental resist runes , ditch the light armor and grab a shield, have nothing on you skill bar but survival skills and there you go! You can now live through insurmountable odds but unfortunately you can no longer do dps, sorry! This game is actually pretty fair for the most part and wont allow you to be able to do EVERYTHING and be the best at it. Now if I am wrong please post a video showing me otherwise but my gut tells me I nailed it. You want to dish a ton of dmg and kill everything in your path while also being able to surive all zerg mentality shock and awe bomber runs. Dont feel bad I want that too I think everyone does but fortunately we cant all be Gods in this game. Lets put a stop to all this Blank skill is too OP nerf it or I quit forum warrioring, I mean really as soon as whatever you want nerfed gets the treatment how long do you think it will be until someone returns the favor on skills you use or need? Unless ZOS wants to rebalance the whole game everytime they change something I stand by my NO NERFS EVER FOR ANYONE policy, all its doing is hurting the game.
