[New Bug] Spectre's Eye Armor Set (post 1.4)

Support team,
you may want to add this to your 1.4 issues thread. The "Specter's Eye" 5-piece set bonus is proc'ing not only when a magicka ability is used, but now incorrectly when any stamina ability is used. This includes not just class or weapon stamina abilities, but anything that uses stamina period (sprint, crouch etc)
