What does this mean?
You will now receive achievement credit when you become Emperor, and past Emperors will be back-credited appropriately.
Back credited? Is that the achievement being reset? Or skill line being removed? Or what?

ThisOnePosts✭✭✭✭✭Some people were having issues with the achievement awarding properly so this seems to mean that they should receive credit if they haven't already --- not just going forward but also those who have previously earned it.3 -
