Update 4 "Agility" passive not adding weapon power correctly?

I'm not a numbers guy, but I just spent half an hour trying to see if the Patch-1.4-modified Medium Armor 5-piece passive "Agility" was properly applying its new 12% weapon power bonus. My character uses special armor sets and foods to increase stamina and weapon power, so i had a slow time of it trying to test with and without the variables. like I said, i'm not a numbers guy. But I tried carefully and repeatedly, and noticed what seems to be significantly less than 12% gain in weapon power in various scenarios, (and not when the damage has hit a soft-cap either)... including hitting from stealth and while using foods. I was seeing what appeared to be 2-6% increases in power in many scenarios.

anybody been testing this, or care to?

I have it on my Nightblade and definitely want to Know if it is working correctly or not. It seems that now that we know that heavy attacks will replenish Stamina in the next patch that they change us from speed of attacks to Weapon Power.. other then that, I can't get in game until tonight, can someone please test this??

It wont give 12% of what you see on your character sheet. This 12% is additive with other % and is all done at the end.

    Example: (values made up)
    Weapon: 150 Weapon damage
    Ring Enchant: 20 Weapon Damage
    Set 1: 20 Weapon damage
    Set 2: 10% Weapon damage
    Passive 1: 10% weapon damage
    Agility: 12% weapon damage.

Then to get a players weapon damage its:
    (150 + 20 + 20)*(1+ .1+.1+.12)
    190 x 1.32 = 250.8

Then this value is reduced further due to diminishing returns from soft cap.

Yeah, i thought it should apply the percentage like you show, but I don't think I'm seeing that on my character, despite him being below soft caps. that's why i'm hoping someone better at testing than i am will do some testing. (I did test, but don't trust my results. My results varied, but some of them were in the 2-6% increased weapon damage range, and not on a soft capped damage character....

    Interesting.

I was looking forward to test this new passive. I hope you're wrong though.

I'm on EU serv so I guess when I'll be able to test this myself, the answer will already be here...
