Do you prefer a health/magicka/stamina boost or rather the regeneration of those?

✭FoodFood is superior, and I don't mean that in a food master race type of way. The regen is just inferior. Now eventually they are supposed to stack, but at that point the entirety of privisioning is going to be revamped, so who knows what it will look like.Dear Sister, I do not spread rumors, I create them.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭FoodI put provisioning on Hiatus a while ago, so when I get back into it, it will be a tough decision. On one hand, you get a smaller amount of regen than you can get from jewelery, at least it seems that way. On the other, the food seemed to help the most, but the regen rates were low enough, back when I was using them, that it seemed to take forever to fill things back up.
Probably focus on Food items in Blue and Purple.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
