I keep telling myself not to start a game

Until its a year old, after all the bug fixes, enhancements, debuffs etc have been implemented ...of course game still changes after that "year" mark but not drastically ...example, Enchanting is now handed to the user on a silver platter, us "early" players had to GRIND Enchanting points, scrounge for glyphs etc.

I have deleted toons before (DAoC comes to mind) where I had months of work involved yet due to DEV's perception, were total pieces of junk, if only I had of known which way the DEV's were going to jump with their BALLANCING.

Im not raging about anything in ESO game, just MMO's in general that are release in a RAW mode.

Two ways to look at early toons. Crafting Alts for your next characters, or practice for Prime Time.

I also don't lock myself into a build, that only invites developers to come along and "fix it" in the name of PvP balance. I instead pick a playstyle and make my builds work with that. So, I can pick and choose skills that fit the playstyle, not the build style.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Oh no, I only have to farm 5000 glyphs instead of 8000, I can't believe how easy this is, etc., etc.
    Thank Stendarr it’s Fredas.

    You mean all of them?

I usually wait at least 6 months myself but if it's a game I really enjoy like this one then I like to get in on the ground floor and see how it progresses. I already have seen a huge change since the first day. People will argue with me about it but I have seen way more stuff fixed than broke, but I also think people need to learn the difference between broke, bugged and un-optimized. That's just my 2 cents. Well back to Tamriel for me.
