Please don't give me "this is war; don't come to Cyrodiil if you hate PVP; don't expect your enemies not to kill you" - leave it to yourself, I don't need this. .

Read again mista. I'm not asking for advice on 1v1 battle or something. And I don't think I'm less an enemy. I just want to know if there's some communication between alliances or anything like that to let the other guys know that I'm not interested in fighting you.
Irrelevant. I would offer no resistance anyway if I'm questing. But yeah OP, if I see you, youre going to die.
Want to group up?Well. Just an hour ago i was questing with a low level alt under dragonclaw when i see a red player. He immediately drops into stealth. I stop, face in his direction, and /wave. Then i go about my business. And so did he.

Skyshards, achievements, dungeons, etc etc... in a PvP zone...
makes about zero sense when you think about it.

^ Same. What if there are people who want to roleplay in Cyrodiil? It's not all about PvP here.
The fact this thread even exists is reason enough to say there is far too much carebear in Cyrodiil.

You are welcome to do whatever you like in Cyrodil. For most of us that's why we like it so much. I have seen people dueling opposing factions - taking keeps - questing - running the delves - and killed them all. Some of us - we just like to kill people on the internet. That's why we go into Cyrodil. If it's OK for you to have your fun - then it's ok for us to have our fun too.
That's how a FFA zone works. If it's red - it's dead.
Lucky you. I tried it at an anchor once, I met two non-hostile enemies while questing earlier, so I decided to take a chance. Maybe this one will want to work together too? Unfortunately, another red showed up a while later and they teamed up to kill me. Oh well, it's a war zone, *** happens.^ Same. What if there are people who want to roleplay in Cyrodiil? Yep, you are welcome to do whatever you want. Earlier, while on my way to a siege, I saw movement in an anchor nearby. I went to check and it was a single red soloing it. Sure, I could wait to snipe him in the worst possible moment and gained some AP. Instead, I went in and helped. In the end we both sheathed, took the chest, waved and went on our way. Probably to kill each other several times in the nearby siege.
What I gained? A big smile in my face. That's all. I guess it has to do with priorities.
Even more than that, I've come to understand and appreciate that ganking from stealth while lurking about near NPC quest givers is a legitimate war strategy, whatever else one might want.
