Showing Damage in UI

I'm kinda new, so sorry for the newbish question. I have seen videos with damage messages flowing around the player. What are they using? Is this something that is native to the ESO client? Is this an addon? If it is an addon, which is the best one and where do I get it?

✭✭✭Its an addon. You can download the minion client and get it from there. I'm sure someone else will know the name. I believe Tatical Tide is one of them but I don't remember.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭FTC is the more popular mod. And you can customize the things it shows you, so less clutter if you want. To me, the less on the screen the better. In fact, I suss out the damage I do by just enabling the numbers on the stat bars and looking at those.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

GwaynLoki✭✭✭LUI is also a nice one from herewww.esoui.com
I use it with Combat Cloud. CC for the general infos - stamina low, stunned - and LUI for the rest. The infos from CC are really helpful since you can finally tell whether your skill bar just bugged or you got hit by some other form of cc you didn't notice.
