Sap Essence Question

So on my Nightblade Tank, I have Drain Power ready to be morphed. However, I notice that the morph for Sap Essence says that it heals allies. Does that include the player who uses it, or JUST allies? If it is just allies, I might take the other morph.

Yes it heals u and allies its really awsome for tanking, does decent dmg too0
