Is there a mod that helps with stacking of a guild bank? fatstack isnt working

Have you looked at FatStacks Updated? If you search for "stacks" in Minion there's quite a few there, including Stacked 1.3 Fix and several others.

Roomba was updated for 1.3.3 on 8/4, are you running an old version? If you don't use Minion at http://minion.mmoui.com/ you should check it out.
