✭✭✭✭✭I don't know that there's much need. The Panacea of Health potions that have triple heals and HoT's are still insanely good. You're pretty much drinking the equivalent of 3 potions each use.

This. And the differences in total attributes at VR12 vs. VR5 are decided entirely by enchants anyway, so there's no point in having a new potion for that level.----
